Do:

• Store your lenses in your case filled with the appropriate storage liquid, the one recomened by your optician.
• If any of your lenses folds in your fingers , don't try to unfold it, because it may be destroyed.Put it in the case with little liquid, and will unfold by itself .
• Have clean hands when you handle your lenses.
• Periodicaly, wash the lense case with hot water and a toothbrush, or change it with a new one.
• Use only the specific liquids, recomended by your Optician , and not those used by your friend or collige.

Don't:

• Hydrate your lenses by placing them in your mouth. Use only special liquids for that purpose.
• Use tap water for cleaning lenses, becauce contains salts and other substances that can destroy the lenses.
• Bring your lenses in contact with hair sprey, or other kinds of spreys, because the damage is irreversible.
• Use other liquids, from the one recomended by your Optician.If you have any problem or question or for any reason you want to change your cleaning system, just talk with him.
